PEOPLE & CULTURE: Insights Discovery workshop

We were extremely fortunate to have welcomed the brilliant people development coach, Karran Bonner, to Aviemore recently to deliver an Insights Discovery workshop to the McGowan team.

During the last two years all team leaders and management have been completing their Insights profiles to help better understand themselves, colleagues and find better ways of working together and communicating.

To say engaging with Insights Discovery has been useful is an understatement. It has really enhanced ways of working across the group and to have Karran guide us through the strengths of our team dynamics and of individuals - as well as areas to focus on - in person was invaluable.

The lessons learned from Insights continue to be useful as we grow the group. We look forward to working with Insights Discovery partner, Karran, and expanding the initiative to include every member of the team going forward.
