As a family business, McGowan Environmental Engineering have continued to grow organically and are fully committed to nurturing, training and developing our workforce. Based in the UK’s largest National Park, we have grown to become a valued local employer where the majority of our team live in the surrounding rural area.
We currently employ over 60 full-time staff and are fortunate to have a range of experienced personnel from both the civil and environmental engineering industries. While we invest in young people and offer modern apprenticeships, we also offer opportunities for promotion and career development throughout the company.
We offer a diverse range of specialised civil and environmental engineering services to a wide portfolio of clients across the UK & Ireland, where project values vary from £20k to £6m. Our underlying focus is to deliver quality and value, where we can earn trust and develop longer-term, mutually beneficial working relationships. In 2009 he started McGowan Environmental Engineering and from day one, the ethos and commitment has always been about quality and caring.
